Refresh Pages

With some additional scripting, website could be created in such a way that when the visitors click on a certain link, he/she will be automatically redirected to a different web page or website within seconds of arrival.
Commonly, this technique is used with doorway pages so when users search for a specific phrase, he/she will be directed to the highly optimized page. Then they will quickly be redirected to the homepage of the website, a page that is not relevant to the original search.
Some websites use this technique for legitimate reasons. Search engines crawlers could promptly detect websites that use the automatic refresh (also called meta refresh) to direct someone to another website and you could be penalized for doing this.
