Apart from Google adsense, there is another way to monetize your website. What you can do is join, Text Link Ads as a publisher or an affiliate.
As a publisher, TLA will sell text link on your website. What you need to do is just insert the TLA code given and everything is automatic.
The text link is sold at a monthly basis and TLA will split 50 % of the sale price with you. It’s not PPC or require page impression like adsense. TLA is not contextual ads hence you can display the add in the same web page as Google adsense.

To be able to become a publisher, your website should have high Page Rank (PR) and with high Alexa Ranking. Too bad for me I wasn’t accepted as a publisher yet. I got a reply from their algorithm that accepts or rejects inventory submission as follows.
- The website does not have enough link popularity
- The website does not have enough traffic
- The website is currently selling text link ads
I’m not sure what is the PR and Alexa rank should be but there’s no harm trying right. Just sign up with them and submit your website. Besides signing up is free any way.
There’s good news though. Whenever you sign up to become a member, you’ll automatically be accepted as their affiliate. An affiliate will earn $25 for any refered visitor that results in a sale or gets accepted as their publisher.
